个人简介:

1973年生于湖南隆回。19929-19993月 东北大学获得学士与硕士学位;20023月 北京科技大学获得博士学位;20024-20047月 中科院物理所博士后;20047-200711月 日本东北大学微纳米中心研究员;200712-201112月 日本东北大学微纳米中心助理教授;201112-至今  南京邮电大学教授

研究方向及主要成果 

1)面向无线传感网络和物联网的可见光传感器;(2)基于硅基化合物半导体MEMS技术,研究开发微纳米尺度的新型光电集成器件。

自2004年加入日本东北大学微纳米中心羽根研究室以来率先在国际上开展氮化物半导体与硅基光微机电系统集成制备新型光电子器件方面的研究。近年来在Applied Physics Letters, Nanotechnology, Optics Express, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics, Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, Nanoscale Research Letter等国际核心刊物上发表SCI收录的论文43篇,EI收录论文50篇。
