一、个人简介

张伟,男,汉族,1986年出生于湖北省黄冈市,2009年毕业于江苏大学,获工学学士学位,20146月毕业于山东大学,获工学博士学位。现任南京邮电大学光电工程学院讲师。

二、主要研究方向

1,复杂氧化物功能薄膜与微纳器件;

2,基于二维电子材料的先进物理气相沉积技术。
